8 tips for a better mood



So the following tips are just my personal things I do when I feel a little down, they help me relax and feel alot better about myself. :)

1. SKIN CARE. take your makeup off, exfoliate your skin, put on a nice smelling facemask and enjoy your soft glowing skin and the fresh and comfy feelingafterwards.

2. HAIR CARE. while putting your facemask on put on a hairmask too. having soft and shiny hair always makes me feel fresh and clean.

3. TAKE A BATH. honestly there is nothing better than a hot tub of water. listen to music or read a book while letting your muscles and mind relax a little.

4. DO YOUR NAILS. being all fresh now, the only thing that is missing are the nails. try out new colors and designs and get creative.

5. READ A BOOK. I personally think there is no better way to letting your mind and thoughts go for a minute than reading a book.

6. WATCH YOUR FAVORITE TV SERIES. dive into the world of your favorite tv characters and forget about your worries for a little while.

7. ENJOY YOUR FAVORITE FOOD. we all know food makes happy and there is always this one food item that makes your heart extra happy. so just enjoy it!

8. TALK TO YOUR FRIENDS. go out with your friends, be silly together, have fun and talk about life. If you don't feel like going out, invite your bff over and talk, laugh and cry together, eat some ice cream, watch movies, bake or cook or do whatever makes you happy.
