I'm back, and obviously with another list article!

2020 is around the corner and i would love to help you with your New Years Resolutions, by giving you 50 habits which can help you to have a perfect year!

• Wake up early.
• Plan your day.
• Relax or meditate daily.
• Have a break after every hour of work.
• Eat at least 1 healthy meal every day.
• Stretch a little several times a day.
• Smile to yourself when you look in the mirror.
• Always set your priorities.
• Spend some time alone daily.
• Eat without looking at your phone or TV.
• Don't smoke.
• Play positive games.
• Drink in moderation.
• Get to know yourself.
• Have a skin care routine.
• Learn to do your taxes.
• Take care of your nails.
• Drink more water.
• Deep condition your hair once a week.
• Spend less time on mindless internet browsing.
• Keep your home clean.
• Wash your dishes after eating.
• Make your bed in the morning.
• Do your laundry every morning.
• Hang your clothes after wearing.

• Buy home decor items.
• Encourage yourself at least once a day.
• Give yourself at least 1 compliment a day.
