Spinach Smothie Recipe

Smoothies! What a great way to start your day. The variety of fruits and vegetables, is able to give you so much energy and only a few calories. Here is my favorite recipe. It only takes 5 minutes to be done. 


You'll Need:

  • 3/4 cup Avocado chunks, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Pineapple, fresh or frozen
  • 4 cups Spinach
  • 1 cup Strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups Almond milk
  • 1 Lime, juice only
  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp Hemp seeds
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, plain

Optional: Add some ice and approx 10 leaves fresh mint for a cooler edition
