Why have a routine? Because it helps you feel less worried every day, makes your mind clearer and helps you stay healthy. It also helps you manage your time to be sure you can do everything you want and need to do daily. It can be regular things or just making time to do what you’ll have to do in the future. As I was creating my daily routine in January, I found out there were too many things I wanted to do daily and I was disappointed not to be able to add them all to my list and so, here is my advices with daily routine: 1. Make one for the morning and one for the evening. We can be tempted to organize the whole day but let things natural and spontaneous for most of the day and accept that someday it can change a bit, this way you won’t feel like you failed if something prevents you from doing it all. 2. Before starting to do it daily, take a few days to try your routine to see if it’s good for you and if you have time to do everything. If you have one hour to do your routine before going to work, you have to choose your activities wisely. 3. Make more than one routine. Create a main one for most of the days but if you feel down or drained, make another one ‘more healthy’ when you’ll work out, meditate and take care of yourself. For when you love motivation and feel down, make another one with your favourite activities to make you feel better and soothe yourself. Here are my 100 ideas of this to include in your daily routine for the morning and / or the evening. Enjoy!
