The days when jeans were dubbed as boring basics are finally over: whether extra wide, extra high cut, as culottes or with gradient - jeans are now as varied as ever, including many fresh cuts, styles and colors. We proudly present: The hottest jeans trends of 2019

Do not panic: The new denim variety of course does not mean that denim classics like skinny jeans and boyfriend jeans would have to be banned from the closet. 

Jeans Trends 2019: Jeans with gradient

From Ombre to Tie-Dye to 80s Acid Jeans: Denim pants with distinctive washings and / or gradients are the jeans trend this year. At Fashion Weeks, labels such as Balmain, Proenza Schouler or Stella McCartney showed the bleached pants, and jeans labels like Paige, Diesel and Pepe Jeans also offer denim models with special washes.

Jeans Trends 2019: Bootcut Jeans

For years she was banned from the closets, now denim pants of the 2000s celebrates her big comeback trend - the bootcut jeans. Whether cropped or extra long, the slightly flared seat on the calf is still the typical feature of these denim pants.

Jeans Trends 2019: Wide Jeans

Somehow logical that after years of skinny jeans supremacy someday the counter-trend on the trend-advance is. Super-wide jeans in Mom, Marlene or baggy look, as they show for example Citizens of Humanity with the "Annina" -Jeans or diesel with various models, 2019 probably the most casual way to wear the denim look.

Jeans Trends 2019: High Waist Jeans

High, higher, high-waist. In recent years, the waistband of women's jeans has continued to move upwards - and this year reaches its absolute fashion highlight. Current high-waist trend record holder: the new "Ribcage" jeans by Levi's, delivering the highest waistband of the season at 30cm. High-Waist jeans will appear in 2019, especially in combination with a straight leg. But also wide-leg and skinny jeans with very high rise are often found.

From J Brand, Mih Jeans, Closed, 7 for all Mankind, to Citizens of Humanity and Paige: Cropped-length jeans are a staple collection component of many denim brands, and are extremely "in fashion" in 2019. It gives every look a modern twist immediately and allows its wearer skilful "flanking" .
