How to get better sleep

Hii everyone! I'm Angela, in this article I'm gonna present to you 4 ways to improve your sleep!

Stop screen time

The light of our devices affect our eyes and are pretty bad for our sleep. Moreover, the constant information we get when being on our phone before bed makes falling asleep more difficult.
So you should try to stop using your phone/laptop at least 30 min before going to bed. You will fall asleep faster and get more quality sleep.

This might not be enough if you are insomniac.

Light and sounds off

This will help you calm after your day. Take like 10 min just before putting yourself in a sleeping position. Breath, try to focus on images or not thinking. You can try to meditate too.
This helped me a lot recently!

Sleep naked

It just feels better, every person I know agree with this. It's actually recommended to sleep in a colder temperature (18°C at night vs 22°C the day) so sleeping naked will help with this. If you don't feel comfortable you can sleep in an oversized tee shirt or your underwear. The main goal is the let your body breathe.

Masturbation !

WOOO the huge word! Ok but really this is incredibly helpful. Masturbation helps release some hormones which make you less stressed and help increase the quality of your sleep. You should definitely give it a try ! And masturbation is NOT weird/gross/shameful.
